small change module_Out Lightbox Gallery 1.2.1

changes:
- replased by ig_getImageInfo functions ig_getImageDescription() and ig_getMedienName()
- changed sql query by using _upl_meta and $lang

this is just first version (made on c488, not tested with other, without comments/explanations/unsets etc)
