More Features with Uploads

Hello,
I am sorry if this was already requested...
I am interested if it is planned to add a feature for Upload permission assignemts, with which it would be possible to assing permissions of upload, delete, create and other ones, per Folder in Uploads.
For example, there can be different types of folders for News Images, Content Images, for Download module and so on...
Coming from that, a person that can upload, can upload everything everywhere...
I think other users would find this feature usefull.
