keine neuen Ordner in der Dateiverwaltung

Auch wenn es Sonntag ist, muss mal wieder stören.
Ich kann in der Dateiverwaltung unter upload keine neu angelegten Ordner sehen.
Auf dem Server sind diese jedoch da.

chmode ist alless auf 777

liegt es am safe_mode????
