4 level Navigation and CSS design

Hello

I've a web site with the navigation from Jan Lengowski with 4 level:


I wish jsut the last one clicked and open level white. The other (Dienstleistungen, Related Services) must be blue with the "-" symbol.
Like this:


It is possible to do this with css or something else?

you should have 6 template files in folder cms/templates/
just change the colors in the nav*.html files
first and second to blue third to white...

Thx, but what happen when I click on level 3 "Related Services" wich are in blue when I'm on level 4 "Evenetmanagement"? Its stay blue if I change the template....

Some exemples?
