Contenido und T-Online Internal Server Error

Hallo,

bei einem Kunden lief die ganze Zeit Contenido 4.6.15mr auf PHP4.
Nun hat T-Online irgendwie seine Servereinstellungen geändert und bei dieser Version kam es dann bei allen Frontendseiten und auch teilweise bei Seiten im Backend zu einem:

Beim Backend ist es aber fast immer der Frame links oben unter dem Contenido-Logo, auser bei Artikel. Da kommt der "Internal Server Error" auch wenn man den Artikel dann rechts aufrufen will.

Solange die 4.6.15 lief wollte er kein Update auf eine neuere Version haben.

Nun habe ich versucht die 4.8.8 dort per Upgrade zu installieren, aber leider bekomme ich dann dort ebenfalls im Frontend und im Backend wieder diese "Internal Server Error"´s. Das Setup lief aber ohne Probleme und es wurden auch keine Probleme angezeigt.

Die error.log ist komplett leer und in der cgi_error.log von T-Online stand nur nach dem Upgrade folgende Meldungen drin, vorher jedoch war diese auch Leer:

Hallo yodatortenboxer,

ich tippe nun einfach mal auf max_execution_time oder einen dazu gehörigen Wert. Das Script braucht länger als erlaubt, daher der Fehler.

Man kann versuchen den Wert per htaccess im root zu erhöhen

Code: Alles auswählen

php_value max_execution_time 300

geht aber nur wenn AllowOverrideAll auch eingestellt ist im vHost.

Ansonsten T-Online mal bitten den Wert in der php.ini zu erhöhen.

Würde dann aber nicht das Script komplett mit einer dementsprechenden Fehlermeldung abbrechen?
Beim Contenido-Setup braucht Step 6 des Upgrades gerade einmal 15sec und im Frontend bei allen und Backend bei dem Frame unter den Logo, kommt direkt beim Aufrufen der Seite die Fehlermeldung. Also nach ca. 1sec.

Das ist bei T-Online ein Problem. Die lassen keinerlei htaccess auf dem Webserver "aus Sicherheitsgründen" zu. Man kann sie nicht einmal per FTP hochladen geschweige eine Datei auf dem Server in htaccess umbenennen.

Bin nun ein Stück weiter was die php.ini Einstellungen betrifft.

Bei T-Online muss man eine Datei namens php.ini per FTP in den Server Root bei seinem Webspace legen.

In diese habe ich nun folgende einträge gemacht und dementsprechend sind auch die Änderungen im PHP:

Code: Alles auswählen

register_globals = Off
safe_mode = Off
memory_limit = 16M
upload_max_filesize = 10M
max_execution_time = 60
max_input_time = 60

aber die "Internal Server Error"´s ist immer noch

Dann die noch eine Frage:
Was hat dieser Frame hier was die anderen nicht haben?

Es kommt überall, wo dieser Frame benötigt wird (Artikel, Dateiverwaltung, Newsletter, Layouts, Templates, Styles usw.) diese Fehlermeldung.

der Frame hat nix anderes als andere auch

Auser bei dir nen roten Rahmen und nen Pfeil

Spaß beiseite, versuch mal bitte die Werte für memory_limit und max_execution_time rauf zu setzen. (In der info.php prüfen ob sie dem entsprechen).

Auch besteht noch die Möglichkeit das sich MySQL frühzeitig ausklinkt, dafür müßte man aber an die entsprechenden logs kommen, was aber generell für die Ermittlung des Fehlers sehr hilfreich wäre.

Frag doch mal beim Support des großen T ob die da für dich mal reinschauen, Apachelog bzw. MySQL-Log. Damit könnte man sich dann das rumprobieren ersparen.

Hiho,

ich habe nun ein wenig weiter herumgespielt.
Die Werte für memory_limit und max_execution_time liegen nun bei 120sec und 32MB und der Fehler ist immer noch vorhanden.

Ich hatte ja noch folgende Frage:

Was hat dieser Frame hier was die anderen nicht haben?

Ich hab es durch Probieren herausbekommen. In der main.php steht folgender Code der NUR für Frame 1 ausgeführt wird:

Wenn ich das komplett auskommentiere gibt es im Backend bei dem Frame auf dem Bild keinen Internal Server Error mehr und es wird alles wunderbar angezeigt.

In der front_content.php steht ebenfalls folgender Code:

Wird dieser auskommentiert Funktioniert nun auch das Frontend wieder wunderbar ohne Internal Server Error und die Seite wird ohne Fehler angezeigt.

Zumindest habe ich nun einmal den Fehler gefunden. Ob es nun an der Serverkonfiguration oder an der Contenido-Version liegt kann ich nicht sagen.

Wenn ich diese beiden Codes auskommentiere, welche Nachteile entstehen dann für mich bzw. das Contenido System? Wo kann ich use_pseudocron auf false stellen und welche alternativen habe ich dann?
Es handelt sich hier ja scheinbar um einen Cronjob-Emulator (steht zumindest so da)

ohne den pseudo-cron werden die Aufräumarbeiten und Benachrichtigungsfunktionen von Contenido nicht funktionieren.

Hier liegt wohl eher ein Problem bei der Ausführung der Cronjobs per Pseudocron vor. Ich würde zuerst einmal nachschauen ob im Verzeichnis der Cronjobs die Rechte nicht stimmen. Alle Cronjobs sollten Worldrechte haben (777), evtl. liegt da schon das Problem.

Kommt man an die Serverlogs könnte man auch dort nachschauen wo der Fehler liegt (Apache-Logs).

Ich würde zuerst einmal nachschauen ob im Verzeichnis der Cronjobs die Rechte nicht stimmen.

Ich kann keinerlei Rechte per FTP-Programm ändern. Er nimmt nirgends ein 777 an. Zitat T-Online:

Das ist nicht nötig. Scripts auf Ihrem Homepage-Speicherplatz haben alle
nötigen Berechtigungen, um Dateien und Verzeichnisse zu lesen, zu
schreiben, zu ändern oder zu löschen.

Wenn ich zum testen auf dem FTP die Datei crontab.txt umbenenne funktioniert ebenfalls alles wieder wunderbar, also ohne Internal Server Error.

Mal schauen was T-Online dazu sagt. Ich hab auch angefragt ob man bei den die Cron´s Serverseitig laufen lassen kann. Dann währe das Problem ja ebenfalls erledigt.
