leider bekomme ich nach dem Update 4.6.3 auf die 4.8.2 kein Zugang auf Front- und Backend.

Du hast ein Pfadeproblem? Hier wird versucht, auf /mnt/web7/43/83/520683/contenido/includes/startup.php zuzugreifen. Ich würde davon ausgehen, dass  /mnt/web7/43/83/520683/htdocs/contenido/includes/startup.php richtiger ist. Überprüfe also mal die Pfadangaben in deiner contenido/includes/config.php. Vielleicht sind damit schon alle Probleme behoben...

Vielen Dank für Deine schnelle Antwort ja da war ein Fehler in der config.php so aber jetzt das resultat ist aber nicht viel besser hast Du oder Ihr noch einen Rat ?

mein Backend funktioniert leider gar nicht...

Am Ender der Installation kommt folgender Hinweis:

Setup Fehler während der Installation. Bitte schauen Sie in die Datei setuplog.txt (befindet sich im Verzeichnis "contenido/log/") für weitere Informationen.

Das Verzeichnis und die Datei gibts bei mir glaube ich gar nicht.

Gibt es die Datei oder nicht? Bitte nachsehen.

Wurde die Datei "contenido/includes/config.php" vor dir noch manuell bearbeitet? So oder so einfach mal die Datei anschauen. Evtl. ist dort zu Beginn (also noch vor dem "<?php") ein Leerzeichen/eine Leerezeile, die den Fehler verursacht.

Die Datei gibts leider nicht. Es gibt nur das Verzeichnung contenido/logs und da ist auch keine setuplog.txt drin ein Leerzeichen ist auch keins vor
dem <?php in der config.php

Die neben der Felermeldung bekomme ich im Frontend keine Umlaute ...
ins Backend komme ich ja leider gar nicht.

Hat keiner einen Rat für mich ?

bei mir kommt ebenso die selbe Fehlereldung

Beim backend fragt er mich noch nach dem Passwort und dann erscheinen 7 mal hintereinander diese Fehlermeldungen, nur mit anderer Zeilennummer.

Bei mir ist das Setup ohne Probleme gelaufen ...

Vielleicht hat jemand eine Idee

@mnbg: Die Fehlermeldung bei dir hat wahrscheinlich nichts mit der von gap zu tun. Versuch mal, den Ordner "conlib" neu per FTP hochzuladen.

Am Schluss der Installation bekomme ich folgenden Hinweis:

Setup Fehler während der Installation. Bitte schauen Sie in die Datei setuplog.txt (befindet sich im Verzeichnis "contenido/log/") für weitere Informationen.

Ein "log" Verzeichnis gibt es wirklich nicht nur ein "logs" aber auch in dem befindet sich keine setuplog.txt.

Wo außer in der contenido/config.php könnten noch die Pfad vorkommen ?

.... Danke, das mit den Pfaden ist so : der eine ist der "variable" der andere der "absolute" Pfad... in meiner config.php stehen nur:

absolute Pfade - wo kann ich den variablen Pfad aber ändern außer in der config.php ?

mit meine Umlauten komm ich leider auch nicht weiter - wär echt cool wenn Du mir nochmal helfen könntest...

was ich also gemacht habe: ich habe von der 4.6.2 auf die 4.8.2 ein update gemacht seidem komme ich nicht mehr ins Frontend /Backend.

Hallo versuchs mal damit:

Es müssen die Dateiattribute auf 777 gestellt werden, also auch auf "Schreiben" für Gruppe und Öffentlichkeit.

Ich habe alle Verzeichnisse und Dateien auf 777 gestellt. Es funktioniert einwandfrei, aber ich weiss nicht, wie gefährdet ich nun bin?

Aber es klappt zumindest

Die Installation ist jetzt durchgelaufen... die Fehlermeldung ist aber die gleiche.

Wer hat einen Tip ? Ich weiss wirklich nicht weiter - ohne Backend...

Vielleicht ist ja jemand im Forum bereit mir als Freiberufler d.h. gegen Bezahlung weiterzuhelfen ? Da ich immer mal wieder Module oder Design zu bearbeiten hätte wäre so ein Kontakt toll.
