No menu select bug?

Hello,

Just a question.
When you setup a cms site and use the "Hauptnavigation" and select " -- Kein -- " you have :
Hauptnavigation
News
Hilfsnavigation

instead ... nothing!
Must no be empty? A bug?

Hummm a few screenshots will help
1. My category stuff:
-> http://www.metadelic.com/cms_sub.gif

And then my page with the sub-menu selected as "Presentation sub-menu"
-> http://www.metadelic.com/cms_sub1.gif

And then when I select "-Kein-" for the menu:
-> http://www.metadelic.com/cms_sub2.gif

The question is:
Why I receive my category (1st level) listing as ... nothing.
The correct way is to receive nothing, a blank result instead of the listing, no?
Is that a bug? Hope you can understand me?
